1. Initial Partial Payment (Deposit): Once your transport is scheduled, a small partial payment is required to secure your spot. This is payable via Credit Card or Debit Card. For your convenience, we also accept Zelle and CashApp for this initial portion.
2. Remaining Balance at Delivery: The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver upon the safe delivery of your vehicle.
Preferred Method: Most drivers prefer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Alternative Options: Many drivers also accept Zelle or CashApp. We recommend checking with your specific driver at the time of pickup or delivery to confirm which digital payment methods they carry.
We always do our absolute best to schedule your transportation according to your preferred dates. However, because transport involves long-distance logistics, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee on exact timings.
Please keep in mind: Unforeseen factors like extreme weather, heavy traffic, or federal driver safety regulations can occasionally cause minor delays. Our team will stay in constant contact with you and the driver to provide real-time updates so you are never left guessing.
Door-to-Door means the carrier will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close to your front door as legally and safely possible.
Important Note: Some residential areas have narrow streets, low-hanging trees, or tight turns that a large 80-foot carrier cannot navigate. In these cases, the driver will coordinate with you to meet at a nearby large parking lot (like a grocery store or shopping mall) for a safe loading or unloading process.
Once your dates have been verified with the carrier, you should expect the vehicle to arrive as planned. However, there may be occasional delays due to inclement weather, unexpected mechanical issues with the truck, or other unforeseeable occurrences.
Generally speaking, cross-country shipping usually takes 7-10 days, while transporting a vehicle between the North and South typically takes 5-7 days. Shorter distance trips of fewer than 500 miles are normally completed within 1 to 3 days from the time of pickup.
Someone must be present for the pick up and delivery of your goods. You or an authorized representative can sign the Bill of Lading and witness our driver’s inspection. After the inspection is done and the Bill of Lading has been signed, you are free to go.
