We offer various payment options to our customers. You can make a full payment online using major credit cards, Zelle, or Cash App. Alternatively, you may opt to pay in cash upon delivery. If you choose the latter option, a small partial payment of $199 or less (depending on the distance of your shipment) is required at the time of placing your order to reserve your car’s spot on a truck.

Can you guarantee pickup dates? Yes, we can provide a guaranteed pick up date for an additional cost. Please contact us for a customized quote. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseeable events on the road.

This is not a guaranteed pick up date and time, but rather an estimate of when we can arrange a truck to load your vehicle. The actual pick up date and time may differ depending on truck availability near you. We generally attempt to dispatch a truck within 1 to 5 business days starting from the First Available Shipping Date, but this cannot be guaranteed. The truck driver will pick up and drop off your vehicle as close to your home as possible, within the limits of what is legally and safely allowed. However, in some cases narrow streets, low-hanging trees, speed bumps or tight turns may restrict access to your home. Should this be the case, you will receive a phone call from the trucker who will arrange for you to meet them at a nearby large parking lot such as a grocery store.
